I spent 10 years working in luxury hotel industry and Michelin star restaurants, I had the chance to travel the world during all these years and lived in places such as London, Sydney, Bora Bora or Lausanne. I worked along great chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Eric Fréchon or Clare Smyth but also for five stars hotel groups - Hilton, Accor or Oetker Collection to name a few.

I was invited to a wedding organised by Alison and I have to say that I was impressed at how smoothly everything went: the 2 ceremonies (cityhall + church) went perfectly, the flowers and the decorations were gorgeous, and everything was perfectly organised.From the rooms booked for all guests in 2 different locations to be as close as possible to the venues, to the dietery restrictions that we had mentionned, the wedding favors, the surprises that we were able to organise for the big day, the communication prior and during the wedding etc… Absolutely flawless event which was orchastred faultlessly! I definitely recommend Alison and Oui Love This Day, she knows how to organise a wedding!
